Terms of OEM Cooperation

These terms outline the standard basis on which FELTAVO provides OEM/ODM manufacturing services. Specific projects are governed by the quotation and order confirmation signed by both parties.

Golden sample: the physical sample approved and signed by the buyer ("golden sample") is the sole acceptance benchmark for mass production.

Pricing and payment: prices are quoted per project and valid for the period stated in the quotation. Standard payment terms are confirmed before production.

Tolerances and over/under runs: industry-standard tolerances apply; quantity may vary within ±3% and is settled pro-rata.

Intellectual property: private molds, patterns and tooling paid for by the buyer remain the buyer’s property and are not used for other customers.

Confidentiality: both parties keep shared drawings, prices and business information confidential.
