Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Racket Grips
Answers to the most common questions brands ask about custom racket grips — from materials and MOQ to lead times and private-label packaging.
We produce custom overgrips, replacement grips, and towel grips for tennis, badminton, pickleball, padel, and squash. Each line supports custom color, logo, material, thickness, tackiness, and packaging to match your brand spec.
Our MOQ starts at 500 pieces per color for custom overgrips and 1,000 pieces for replacement grips. For towel grips, MOQ typically starts at 300 pieces per color. We also support sampling runs so you can validate the build before scaling.
We work with PU, TPE, EVA foam, cotton towel, microfiber, and composite blends. Material selection is tuned to your sport's needs — for example, PU for tacky feel, towel for sweat absorption, and EVA for cushion comfort.
Sampling typically takes 7–15 days after artwork and spec confirmation. Mass production lead time is 25–35 days depending on order volume and customization complexity. Rush programs are available for repeat orders.
